Sacred Habits 6 Week Immersion on Zoom
Starting January 8th from 7-8pm EDT
Have you noticed how hard it can be to develop new habits? Do you desire to add more richness to your life through health giving practices that are developed in community? Do you want to dive more deeply in what the word sacred means and how it can be applied to your daily life and not just reserved for “special” occasions? If you answered yes to any of these questions then Sacred Habits Immersion is for you!
In this 6 week program we will dive deeply into each of the 6 habits on a weekly, hour long Zoom. During this time I will teach and share what I have learned about each habit, give you specific suggestions for how to work with the habit over the week and allow time to discussion and questions. There will be a Facebook group for conversation and support in between calls.
Week 1- Meditation
Week 2- Cold Water Exposure
Week 3- Yoga Nidra
Week 4- Breath Work
Week 5- Fasting
Week 6- Rest with Vagus Nerve Toning and Closing of the Circle ( This class will be 75 minutes)

I really enjoyed Melinda Baxter‘s six week sacred habits series. The sessions were well designed, well structured and overall the whole series was really fun. I was introduced to some new concepts and able to improve upon some older practices. We met new people and felt that it was a true connection of community. Many different women coming together from all over to find peace, healthy practices and camaraderie during a time of real instability in our world.
I am someone who juggles a lot of different roles, and consequently my personal health probably takes a backseat. Melinda‘s sacred habits series brought me back into myself in a way I had not been able to access recently. It was intuitive and insightful and challenged me to practice self-care.
I love the practice of yoga Nidra,which was one of the habits. It’s always wonderful to listen to Melinda‘s relaxing voice through the segment. I would highly recommend this practice at least once a month for people to get a deeply restorative segment of time.- Stacy E.

The Sacred Habits class that Melinda created and facilitated was a great experience for me- she not only shared really helpful and thoughtful information on the benefits of each habit but created a safe and sacred space each week for reflections and discussion- not sure what I enjoyed most - the hour we shared each week or learning about and practicing some great tools to help deepen my intentions, manage stress, thinking about my less helpful habits, and discipline in taking and finding space to take care of myself.
