I help people (men and women) lose the extra weight, banish bloat and feel great in their bodies. With my Functional Diagnostic Nutrition training I can look at your help through the lens of science via lab tests if that is indicated. More importantly, perhaps, I help my clients with what is happening between their ears. The work we do around mindset is critical to all of the other health related work we do. I signed up for a gut seminar with Melinda and was cautiously optimistic that it would relieve the symptoms I had been struggling with that my GI doc just wanted to throw meds at without any clear cause. As a present to my self I enlisted Melinda to work with me for a month: to listen to me, educate me, and inspire me.
